Life is a series of experiences
Quality of experience determines happiness
Quality is subjective
The secret to happiness is learning how to interpret all experiences as being high quality.
Ideally you get to create your own world with the resources you’ve been given.
So why not create a world that makes you and others happy?
Operating under the assumption that at least part of quality is not subjective. Like the adage “better to give than receive” for example. It is objectively true, according to my philosophy, that one of the easiest ways to obtain happiness is by trying to provide it to others.
Yet balancing that with your own desires.
So create your own world as much as you possibly can, then achieve equilibrium.
